Product Description:

Designed to applied the lighting in limited space in work station. Low angle illumination is perfect for edge detection and embossing printing, damage, or cosmetic inspection, on metal surface. Ideal for slightly uneven surfaces and scratches. Optional diffuser plate can be mounted to improve illumination eveness.


Illumination Structure:
The LEDs are mounted in low angle ring-shaped on the flexible board. Therefore the workpiece can be positioned very close for illumination. An optional diffusor plate can be mounted to improve illumination.






Major Applications:
- Suitable for surface or cosmetic inspection.
- BGA solder ball position, shape and area inspection.
- Inspection of scratches and dirt on wafers or glass substrate. - Edge extraction inspection.
